Hi BFM Fans

THE BIG BRINE:  Inspired by our old friends at Number 1 Sons (now sadly closed), Robert Andres makes pickles, curtido, krauts and kimchi.Damien at Panorama called to tell us about him as soon as he heard Sons was stopping at the end of August, Ted contacted him before any other market could  and one week after Number 1 Sons closed, he joined us. Some examples: Deli Dill, Sweet and Spicy, Serranos, Jalapenos, Miso Ginger Kraut, Original Curtido, Pickled Red Onion,  Pickled Daikon, Naked Kraut, Kimchis.

I made a fabulous chicken salad last week with spicy mayo'd chicken from Groff's Content, stuffed into a Garner Tomato and  added Robert’s Miso Ginger Kraut, cubed Pickled Daikon and topped with the irresistible Pickled Red Onion.

Hi BFM Fans!

Just bring your umbrella and scoot under the tents if those drops fall. You don't want to miss The Big Brine's pickles, kimchi and kraut or the Moon Cakes that Susan's team has been working on since July!

THE BIG BRINE:  Inspired by our old friends at Number 1 Sons (now sadly closed), Robert makes pickles, krauts and kimchi.Damien at Panorama called to tell us about him as soon as he heard Sons was stopping at the end of August, Ted contacted him before any other market could  and one week after Numaber 1 Sons closed, he joined us.  Come on down.
