i dont know when construction is supposed to begin, but there have been some public meetings about it. this one sounds like it WILL happen.
To me, it makes no difference if its condos or apartments.....but...
with a broad stroke of the generalization brush i could say that owners tend to contribute more to the community and have a greater stake in its success and health.
