Is ECKINGTON ever going to get a coffe shop??? It's all well and good that NOMA is getting one, but when are we going to get one near 4th Street? I can't very well get coffee from NY Ave when I live four blocks away from the RI Ave Metro.
Has anyone heard anything about the retail space that is being renovated on 4th and V Streets? Is it becoming a deli/wine/coffee shop?
