seeking referrals for window companies, contractors
See this request: from a resident of R Street NW:
The window and French door facing/leading to my deck need to be replaced. I elcome any window company and/or contractor recommendations from Bloomingdale residents.

I've used and have referred satisfied friends to The Window Man, a company with offices in Fairfax and Alexandria. I used them several years ago, and had a window break this year from some unknown cause. They replaced the window, no questions asked, under warranty. They do have some kind of minimum, but I'm guessing your job would be big enough.
