National Capital Planning Commission tentative meeting agenda for 10-04-2012 mentions Big Bear Cafe map amendment

I'm not sure if I have ever posted anything from the National Capital Planning Commission (NCPC).  So today might be the first time that I have placed an NCPC post here.

NCPC holds monthly meetings.  It distributes tentative agendas for the monthly meetings.

I received an Email from NCPC today, advising about the the tentative agenda for the next meeting on 10-04-2012.

I notice that the agenda -- under "Proposed Delegated Items" -- mentions a Bloomingdale issue -- the zoning map amendment pursuit by Big Bear Cafe.

I have copied the part of the tentative 10-04-2021 NCPC agenda that mentions Big Bear Cafe below. (For the complete tentative agenda, here is the link.)
