Baltimore-based Cai Lindeman, formerly of The Dabney, focuses on
quality products from local purveyors. While Cai learned to cook in the fine
dining world, he takes great pleasure in applying that attention to detail to a
casual dining experience. He is ecstatic to share the bounty of spring with Big
Bear and it's guests!
