is anyone else thinking this has been a relatively quiet fireworks season?
i mean, i've been hearing them all night tonight, but its nothing like its been in the past.
maybe it'll be a loud week......

Due to the holiday weekend, the open house schedule is light, but nonetheless, here it is.

Apparently, people DO buy houses on holiday weekends. I was going to tell all about my new listing on Flagler Pl NW that went on the market on Thursday, but it's under contract already (under contract after being listed for one day). I hate to waste the pics of this cute cute house, so here's the virtual tour. It was listed for $425,000.

To see in person the lovely living room shown above, come by my Open House on Sunday from 1-4pm at 167 Adams St NW. What is The Loading Dock?
Opened in October 1984, The Loading Dock, Inc., (TLD) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to improve living conditions for families, neighborhoods, and communities, while positively impacting the environment, through redistributing surplus building materials. TLD operates out of a 42,000 sq. ft. warehouse in southeast Baltimore and serves as the state's central clearinghouse for salvaged surplus building materials that are otherwise headed for landfills and redistributes them.

A strong, diverse community presence will announce that this neighborhood does not tolerate: crime, drugs, violence, and prostitution! We also encourage a caring community where neighbors look out for neighbors and who appreciate what everyone brings to the community table.
