That's a straw man... the Brentwood Shopping Center is the epitome of suburban design. Fortunately the H Street building is an urban design, and exactly what should have been done at Brentwood. Think of the wasted airspace there, and the property and income tax revenue that could have been generated from people living above the supermarket...

I cant wait for this to be built, the safeway isnt very good, and the Giant isnt wonderful either.
I wonder how bad traffic will get over there?
our city is so sadly underprovided in grocery stores.
i imagine traffic will be very bad.
