which Bloomingdale properties are using Rentberry?

Are you perhaps familiar with Rentberry, a website that runs rental property auctions?

The website allows landlords to set a preferred rent. Prospective tenants then bid below that figure to see if they can get a good deal.

During the process, landlords see not only the bids, but information about the would-be tenants, including their credit score.

Are there any Bloomingdale properties that are participating in Rentberry's rent auction service?

Yes.

141 T Street NW is listed at Rentberry.

Community Art Space in Bloomingdale

Hi all

As you all know, I am opening a community arts space and coffee bar in
Bloomingdale, at North Capitol and Seaton. Some of you might remember the
indiegogo
<
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/join-us-in-building-a-community-arts-space-in-dc-coffee/x/16046449#/backers>
campaign I launched a month or so ago. While the campaign has officially
ended, we are in the process of shoring up programming.

So, if you would, please take the time to read and respond to the survey
below. We are interested in knowing what types of kid and adults arts
classes might interest you and your families. Your responses will help us
develop programs that are relevant.

Thanks in advance

surprised at the marginal interest regarding 20 Channing St NW

I would have thought that there would be more interest -- either in support or opposition -- in this 20 Channing Street NW project, which has a new 2nd residential building -- a new house! -- being constructed in the middle of the backyard.

With three floors, a basement and a roof deck.

Oh well.

McMillan Park is in not in our grasp, VMP/DMPED skirt The Court remand, and never even say Vacate.

The "site  stabilization" is a cynical scouring of the historic quality of this site, literally a "sterilization", and affront to the historic protections. $63 million spent for  inappropriate, destructive "renovation", a DE-Nuded McMillan theme park for the coming VMP development,, time to join ranks and fight!

See this 03-27-2017 request from a neighbor:

Would you be able to please include in the next mail – There seems to be an increasing problem of people not picking up after their dogs – both in the flower beds and on the sidewalks. Particularly bad on Seaton and S streets NW. We all have to work together to be responsible for ourselves – and perhaps also encourage others if we see it happening!

It’s no fun dodging landmines as you walk down the street…!
