The "Capital Food Mart" (the green convenience market between the Firehouse and Pub & the People) is a UPS station and can accept packages for neighbors.
FYI -- the package theft seems to have struck again. I spotted an Amazon package torn open and left on the sidewalk at the corner of 3rd and Bates NW. It was addressed to Z. B. at 1523 3rd St., and the "please do not leave unattended" on the shipping label was clearly disregarded.
