I wanted to put in a plug for landscape artist Tom Noll, who just designed and installed the most beautiful garden in my teeny-tiny and long-maligned front yard on the unit block of Rhode Island.  Tom is known to many of you as the artist who does the seasonal installations on the white bikes at Rhode Island and First.  He designs beautiful landscaping for neighbors and at a fair price - see his work all along the unit block of T Street.  He says now is a great time of year for planting so consider reaching out to him: tomnoll55@gmail.com .  We couldn't be more happy with the work he did for us and he's a true delight be around.
