i havent mentioned broadcast one except maybe when it was first announced. lots of people have covered this as its a pretty big project, pretty important for shaw development,and not as ugly as it could have been. ( i do actually like modern architecture.. just not a lot of DC's modern architecture)
Its not in bloomingdale, though many of you use the shaw metro.

Its a HUGE welcome for the area...from the 'street-front' broadcasting similar to the Today Show in NYC to the live radio broadcasting in the building, its going to completely change the way the area recognizes Shaw & the surrounding areas. The renovation of the Howard Theater is a warm welcome too.
