Just so everybody is clear the open houses posted by this Real Estate Agent are not her listings. Also, most of the agents representing sellers in Ledroit/Bloomingdale/Eckington don't seem to know how to list open houses in the MLS or are too lazy to do so - so be sure to check the Sunday Washington Post - still the best place to know about open houses.

Correct. The Open Houses are listed by multiple brokers.
Fewer agents are using print advertising for Opens, so I would say check craigslist over the Post anymore.
