passing out Gifts&toys to Families at the Toy Give Away rally. ,

It was a good day of peace on earth, and good will all, as police hung out with at the December 20th Toy Give Away Rally held at McKinley Technology High School Gym. With the assistance of police officers passing out thousands of  gifts to children and youth, present at the rally.  We say again thanks  to Asst. Chief Groomes for her words of encouragement introducing our Anti Crime/Anti Violence Program which included giving away about 15 bikes to kids as they responded to questions about making good decisions about what they put on face book and other social media about themselves and others.  We just had a good time.

Here the program officially started which included Shellie Bowers serving as our MC, Principal Jones extending a welcome, David Tubin, from McLean Bible Church reading the scripture, and Apostle Drew saying the prayer, other entertainment included the cheer leader dancing, the North Eastern Perfprming Arts doing a presentation, and a band from McKinley singing and dancing children and kids playing, and of course having Santa Claus.

Standing with Dr. Perkins (in the middle) are clergy representing churches and ministries throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area.
