Wicked Bloom has created the best deviled eggs inWashington

Deviled eggs are the perfect picnic food: If you can boil water, you can make deviled eggs. A number of D.C. restaurants and bars put their own spin on the dish, but none is as transcendent as the Bacon and Eggs at Wicked Bloom Social Club in Bloomingdale.

Bacon and Eggs is genius in its simplicity: Two hard-boiled eggs, sliced in half, and filled with a creamy yolk mixture that involves plenty of paprika. What takes them to the stratosphere is that each egg is topped with a piece of pork belly prepared by pitmaster Rob Sonderman, the man behind DCity Smokehouse.
...

Correction: The eggs are topped with pork belly. This post originally said brisket, but it's delicious, delicious pork belly.
