That's because those of us opposed to the SMP and historical designation types are renters in the neighborhood and mostly can't afford the $1 million rowhouses whose high value the owners want to preserve.
Um...this guy clearly didn't look hard enough. There's plenty of "Create McMillan Park" signs as well. This guy is a professional historian???
