neighbor: new parking signage on the unit block of T St NW adjacent to City Cleaners appears to be contradictory

See this 07-06-2016 message from a Bloomingdale resident:

Sent: Wednesday, July 6, 2016 10:41 AM Subject: New signs on T Street, NW

This morning the folks who put up street signs were at it on T Street, NW (near 1st street NW) on the same side as the dry cleaners across from Rustik.

The signs contradict each other (example: No parking ever/30 minute parking only). What about people who live in Zone 5 can we park here? Super unclear signage and as a result we lost about 6 parking spaces because as we know the meter maids in this town are 100% about giving out parking tickets.

When I approached the man who was putting up more signs, he basically said he was the messenger, and he made a note in his paperwork, and notified his supervisor. (Insert explicative curse word here!) I smiled and walked away.

This is how you would read the signs. They don't appear to be conflicting if you follow the arrows.

No parking to the right of the sign.

30 minute parking between 7 AM and 6:30 PM to left of sign.

NO parking on thursdays between 1230-230 PM.

That looks typical to me, no parking on one side and restricted parking to the other.
