Elm between 2nd and 3rd blocked off with police cars
Cops have guns drawn. Per another bystander, white house across from Carver Hall and adjacent to Cookie's Corner has occupant with gun therein. I cut through park to get home so I personally did not speak to officers to find out what was going on.
