Is 87 V Street still vacant? It is a beautiful house.
It is. A total shame. Used to be the pearl of 1st Street
It does not appear to be for sale.
It was sold for $1.45million in 2014 to REGENT PARK PROPERTIES LLC - it does not seem to be taxed at vacant property rates - anyone know why? It has been vacant for years, is huge, and its tax bill is lower than mine (??!)
