In this fun and informative class, you'll learn all about fermentation, probiotics, and the benefits of making your own sauerkraut. Join Rachel Armistead of The Sweet Farm as she walks you through the basics of vegetable fermentation, with samples from The Sweet Farm's own product line. Finally, you'll chop, salt, and mix your very own batch of kraut to ferment at home, and leave with the knowledge you need to make the next batch on your own.
