I claim this address in the name of Truxton Circle. This is south of FL Ave, so not in Bloomingdale unless y'all getting flexible with the boundaries.
I don't think Bloomingdale is trying to claim that block - but the realtor may have sent the invitation to Scott or someone nearby. (I doubt Bloomingdale is trying to claim the realtor, either.)
