We are doing small batches, so order in advance to make sure we do not sell out!

sourdoughs are made with natural wild yeasts developed locally.
Fruits and vegetables are from the local farms of the Bloomingdale
Farmers' Market. Cheeses (such as the aged cheddar) are from Shelburne
Farms in VT, and other local artisan shops.
The Thursday CSA Far-Stand Market will have farm produce vendors, flower vendors, and local craft vendors. So you can do your shopping when you arrive.
