neighbor: "trees need your help and your water"

See this 06-30-2017 message from a Bloomingdale neighbor:

TREES NEED YOUR HELP AND WATER!!!

PLEASE..WATER ANY NEWLY PLANTED TREES IN TREE BOXES NEAR YOUR HOUSE.

They will die if they aren't watered thoroughly when it is hot.

Please don't let the trees die. We need them to shade the sidewalks.
