Is anyone else extremely concerned about this? Is our local police representative going to contact Scott or anyone else, let's say the ANC commissioners, with details? The official police blotter info does not even contain the time of day this occurred if I'm reading this correctly.
Unfortunately this happened to our friends visiting from Arizona on June 18 @ First st. NW and W . Robbed, rental car stolen, and totaled after a police chase! The unit blocks make for an easy escape route back out into North Capital.
