six weeks from today: 22 Bryant Street NW BZA hearing for a requested three units

The Wednesday, 09-20-2017, BZA hearing includes a three-unit conversion for Bloomingdale's 22 Bryant Street NW.

We don't want any more 3 units houses in Bloomingdale anymore.
Sounds like the owner wants to make three condos or apartments for rent. I wouldn't want to live next door to that.The city allows only 2 units per building in our neighborhood to keep density down and to preserve our architecture. Don't approve 3 units!!

Build more housing! I'm generally in support of more apartment/condo conversions. I would like more people on the street when I am out and about. A more vibrant community, and more affordable for a wider group of people!

If we are going to have higher density, that should be a policy decision by the D.C. Govt with citizen input. It shouldn't be done through zoning variances.
