"Dude leaning into window repeatedly this A.M. scoping out inside of my house"

See this message from a household on the unit block of Randolph Place NW:

For your information. He never knocked or rang the bell.  Just leaned far into window multiple times — The wood on my front porch may have made him believe that the house is not occupied and under construction.

Please no hate mail in response.  Note: I’m generally not a fan of getting these similar notifications on my Ring doorbell app, especially when it is just an “alert” of totally harmless dudes simply walking up to somebody’s porch and ringing the bell, which is obviously not a crime... but this guy did not do that.  He was simply peeping into the house for over a minute.  And that ain’t normal.
