DC Water getting ready to create its groundfreezing trenches in the 1st St NW alleys, west of 1st St NW and north of RI Ave NW

DC Water is preparing its announced groundfreezing trench program in the north-south alleys along 1st Street NW, north of Rhode Island Avenue NW, eastside of 1st St NW.
