We are on the unit block of Adams Street NW and on at least 4 occasions we have had packages tampered with that were left on our front porch. Someone is opening the packages and taking items that they want and leaving the rest behind. We discovered they weren't too interested in vacuum supplies. I'm just wondering if anyone else has reported similar issues?
