Flagler and Adams NW intersection re-opened today

DC Water / DDOT has just re-opened the intersection of Flagler Place NW and Adams Street NW.

See this 10-30-2016 message from a neighbor:

"You can actually drive all the way down Adams Street now.  1:28 pm:  the street opened."
