Washington, DC award winning children’s book author Tom Noll’s
"Trash to Treasure" Series * Recycling Creatively with L.T. with its
books "The Bicycle Fence" (2014) & "Selling Eggs"(2015)
that were written to empower, educate and inspire young readers to recycle and
go green in ways that are creative, practical and fun. The books help kids
understand that everyday tasks like rethinking what to do with discarded
things, reducing waste, reusing and repurposing things around their homes can
have a positive impact on our environment and lives.

Tom is a native of Somerset, Ohio and is indeed a

artist, puppeteer, storyteller, teacher, sculptor (recycled rebar &
sandstone), landscape designer, decorator, advocate for children's education,
recycler and and going green!
He is well known in the WDC metro area for his popular and
imaginative White Bicycle Fence Art Installation at the Heart of Bloomingdale
Park (Corners of Rhode Island Avenue/1st Street and T St NW) which he decorates
for major holidays and has become a tourist photo site. Stop by now for the

local book festivals and special events for his storytelling abilities when
doing readings and signings of his books and for his interactive puppet show
