DC Moves Closer
to Phased Reopening
|
|
|
Today,
DC marked the 13th day of decline in community spread of COVID-19
in DC, meaning tomorrow we could hit the milestone of 14 days laid
out by public health officials.
Mayor
Bowser and DC Health Director Dr. LaQuandra Nesbitt will be
providing an update on phase one of reopening at her daily briefing
tomorrow at 11:00 AM (those briefings can be viewed on DC cable
channel 16, the Mayor's Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube feeds, or on the web). Barring any spikes,
DC could begin a phased reopening this Friday, May 29.
