Jonathan will be baking loaves of his Pain de Campagne (a freshly-milled, organic country sourdough), and his “Bird Bread” (a gf loaf made with oats, millet, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, sorghum syrup, olive oil and salt).
Seylou Bakery & Mill is located in D.C.'s Shaw neighborhood making fire-oven natural breads sourced from locally grown grains cultivated by farmers who practiced regenerative farming methods.
