2nd victim has died and the driver, allegedly driving 80mph at time of impact has been charged with negligent homicide and driving while intoxicated.

here is a large picture taken this morning by In Shaw you can see that the house is being torn down.
one person has died as a result of this drunken driver caused crash.

This is just sad!
you can just be sitting in your house and the next thing you know some dumb kid is in your livingroom, drunk as a skunk, while still inside his oversized p.o.s. suv.
gotta love it.
I feel really sad for the two people that died. I can't imagine a worse case of innocent people being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
