A blog for the Bloomingdale neighborhood in Washington, DC.
I was at the open house this weekend and was just blown away. This house rocks! I'm sure it will go quickly.
That is a nice-looking house.
yeah, this is an awesome place, though for 850,000, you'd hope so.the reno job here is really terrific.
This house is exquisite. It is of the finest materials and craftsmanship!! Seriously, Wow! What a fantastic house.I was at the open house and I loved the bathroom's claw-foot tub, separate shower, and wall color. The kitchen is awesome, and the chandeliers in all the rooms were just phenomenal.I am jealous of whoever buys this place, they don't need to do a thing, all they need to do is move in!!! The place is totally wired too! Man Alive, this place is great!
Where is this house on U Street? I live over at the 1300 Block of V but this doesn't look familiar. It is nice though. Is it condos?
This place had a really cool top floor. Ideal chill out space, to get away from the spouse or kids. I could do some writing there--been wanting to have a space for that, for ages!
There is this great. Did you see the site they created for it!http://www.143ustreet.com/
I was totally there this weekend, nice weather for an open house. The real estate agent was hot! Totally go just to check him out!
Damn you guys are fast. I checked out the site, pretty cool. Not to far from me either. Hey Hennessey, you live near this place, can you get more shots of the otuside?P.S. How do I stop being anonymous?

Thanks for the Anonymous tip, and I'm not associated with this house. Just stumbled upon it.
HAHA you are so the realtor in disguise!
Okay, Now I feel bad. Turns out that a couple of my colleauges posted honest comments on my house for sale (I'm the owner) and now this seems like a staged entry. I'm sorry. I asked Sean to remove the comments but haven't heard back so I will call them out. Turns out two people (I only know of one of the two people involved). Also, my realtor hasn't even seen Sean's blog. Sorry for the deception. I feel terrible.
oh please don't feel bad. I thought it was so funny. :-) :-)
