I'm not sure why this picture made me think of the following - I know it's random (esp. bc this looks like a vacant store on North Cap)...
Something is going on at the formerly vacant parcel on Rhode Island between New Jersey and 5th. It looks like some sort of excavation, although they could just be getting rid of some dirty dirt (from the neighboring property). Anyone know anything about it? Interesting that most projects in the area are on hold and that could be moving forward... I'm not even sure what is approved for the site?
