The Bloomingdale Civic Association is hosting a house tour from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday and an art show Saturday and Sunday. Proceeds will support college scholarships to Bloomingdale youths, community beautification and historic preservation efforts.

The tour will include Victorian, traditional and contemporary homes. Check-in is at First Street and Rhode Island Avenue NW. The community extends from Florida to Michigan avenues and from Third Street NW to North Capitol Street.

The art show, from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at GooDBuddY Gallery, 410 Florida Ave. NW, will feature 14 Bloomingdale artists.
