Here it is folks, the schedule for our community group exercise classes!
Remember these classes are for all ages and fitness levels. Expect a 45 minute class, that is moderately intense and combines multiple fitness modalities, including: balance, strength, stabilization, aerobics and flexibility.
The classes are taking place at the Park at Ledroit, between 2nd and 4th St NW and Elm and V (some classes may take place at Crispus Attucks park as well later in October).
The classes are led by fitness and wellness professional and Bloomingdale resident Harry von Kann. For more info. on Harry go to dchealthcoaches.com.
Harry invites everyone to come check out the classes, get in shape and meet your fellow community members.
Social events at the end of classes TBA! (such as pumpkin carving, cider sipping and more)

Saturday 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30 at 9:30 AM
*Monday and Wednesday classes are $10
*Saturday classes are Free
