Subject: Halloween Planning-Update 6

So here we go:

-We obtained our Street Closing permit and got our No Parking signs today (Thank You Marshall for going to the d. office!)

-We have an insurance for the event (Thank You Marshall for sorting it out!)

-We have a new set of 11x17 and 18x 24 posters (Thank You Chris-beautiful work!!!)

-I’ll deposit all remaining checks and cash within the next days and will account for all contributions and expenses.

-A new set of posters will go up over the next days if the weather cooperates.

Everything is on track.

Event Recap:

Festivities are scheduled for Thursday, October 31st from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The theme is a "New Orleans Masquerade."

We'll get started with 2 stilt walkers and 2 face painters and hip-hop artist Solstik at 6:00 pm.

Black Masala, the hand balancers and the silks dancer will come in at 7:00 pm .
