100 block of Adams St NW now one-way * eastbound * due to DC Water 1st Street Tunnel project

There is only one DO NOT ENTER sign posted there.

While I stood there taking these pics, cars drove westbound down the 100 block of Adams St NW in the wrong direction.

Here is a don't-turn-right sign on the northeast corner, facing southbound.
