CONVERSION FROM A FIRE STATION/POLICE STATIONTO A RESTAURANT WITH BUILD INTERIOR METAL STAIRCASE FROM FIRST TO SECOND FLOOR, ADD TWO COUNTER TOP BARS TO FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR.
