Here are two Bloomingdale street addresses from Washington Business Journal reporter Michael Neibauer's review of DCRA permits issued:

 
• 81 Seaton Place NW: The shuttered Green Paws pet supply store on the second floor of this Bloomingdale commercial building will be replaced with additional seats for the Bacio Pizzeria on the first floor.

• 27 Quincy Place NW: This single-family will get a third floor addition as it is converted into a flat.
