To whom it may concern,

I hope this email finds you well.

Over the past summer, DDOT graciously repaved our brick alley and we could not be happier with the quality of work.  Regrettably, after the job was completed (July-August 2014), the surplus bricks were not removed and left on the street, blocking one and a half parking spaces in front of 112-114 Seaton Place NW. I reported the issue via my 311 mobile app, tracking number 14-00276593. In addition, I was told by other neighbors that they have reported the service request, both by phone and Twitter.

At your earliest convenience, can you please identify when the bricks will be removed? If you have any questions or comments, do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Best,
Jon
