World Missions: "Thanks for helping us provide Thanksgiving Baskets to 1025 families and toys to over 3000 inner city KIDZ!"

Happy New Year,
Thanks for helping us provide Thanksgiving Baskets to 1025 families and toys to over 3000 inner city KIDZ!!!!!!!!!!!
Building upon the old, and moving towards the new, we celebrate 2014 accomplishments which allowed World Missions to partner with McLean Bible Church, Gen8 Foundation Inc, Boundary Public House, Asst. Chief Groomes and the Metropolitan Police Department, McKinley Technology High School and the North Capital Ecumenical Rhode Island Ave Council of Churches in providing Thanksgiving Baskets to 1025 families and toys to over 3000 inner-city kids is why with great anticipation do we look forward to 2015 which will allow us opportunity to do everything all over again. Smile!!!!!!
We are looking for People to volunteer with us as Mentors &Volunteers:
         We are looking for persons to serve as volunteer mentors/tutors for inner-city children, youth and adults needing help in all academic areas and work readiness training. We are also looking for volunteers  interested in helping incarcerated youth in our Department of  Youth Rehabilitative Services Just FRIENDS Ministry.    Should you be interested in volunteering and or doing community service with us, please email us.  Thanks
Prayer Request:
As we begin the year, by using the month of January as our prayer and reflections time designed to seek God's wisdom and favor/blessings for the whole year, we invite you and your family to attend our January 31st Prayer Rally.  Please feel free to send us your prayer request.

Mission Statement:  
As a community based organization,  it is our mission to provide educational training services that positively impact lives of children, youth and adults living in inner-city neighborhoods. 
To Accomplish our mission:  
The EXTENSION Center annually sponsors 6 Special Event Outreach Rallies and  through our Positive Alternative Skill Building Mentoring/Vocational Training Programs we tutor children and youth and  provide Job Readiness Skill Development/ Scholarships/ Workshops for youth and adults and parenting workshop which are designed to improve parenting skills.
