Shift Network's Subtle Activism Summit — interview with Saniel Bonder and “Healing Hearts at Wounded Knee” activist Jean Fleury, September 10 at 1pm PDT
"Subtle activism" is the ability of spiritual practice and awareness to support change – not only in our personal lives, but also in the world at large. In this time of global crisis and opportunity, we need more than ever to develop creative spiritual responses that can help heal our collective wounds and provide a foundation for the emergence of a planetary culture of peace.
Saniel is honored to be a part of The Shift Network’s free online Subtle Activism Summit, taking place September 8-10. This event will bring together leading mystics, scientists and activists to highlight the potentially crucial role of spiritual awareness in supporting social and planetary transformation. Saniel and his fellow “Healing Hearts at Wounded Knee” activist, the Lakota Grandmother and visionary Jean Fleury, speak on Thursday, Sept. 10, at 1 pm Pacific time. Their interviewer is the series host David Nicol, author of the new, seminal work Subtle Activism: The Inner Dimension of Social and Planetary Transformation. Jean is also a Waking Down practitioner, having come into the work in the Atlanta community.
Jean and Saniel are joined in this summit by an esteemed panel including Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee, Joanna Macy, Dr. Ervin Laszlo, Charles Eisenstein, Thomas Huebl, Angel Kyodo Williams, David Spangler, Dean Radin, Lynne McTaggart, Sandra Ingerman and others. His session will be aired on September 10 at 1pm PDT.
What you'll learn in the Subtle Activism Summit:
how to apply your spiritual practice to help heal collective trauma and seed positive social change,
the science of subtle activism,
how subtle activism and direct action are uniting to create an irresistible force for change,
what you can do to be part of the emerging subtle activism movement.

About the workshop:
Do you want to stop making excuses?
Do you want to feel you're making powerful progress?
Do you want your goals to be engines for personal growth like never before?
Do you want RESULTS?
Then OWN YOUR GOALS!
It's one thing to have a goal. Owning your goal is something else entirely.
When we own our goals, we prioritize them like never before. We battle with any issues of time management, concerns about inadequacy of our ideas or ourselves and commit fully to what we have set our minds to. Owning our goals also helps us get over our pasts for the sake of a fulfilling future, transforming us into efficient, powerful, positive people who are IN ACTION.
In this workshop we will:
• See clearly how we are getting in our own way and create structures for us to overcome these issues.
• Understand the difference between how we are doing something today and what owning our goals would look like, giving us a roadmap of effective actions to take and a list of things we can no longer tolerate of ourselves.
• See the value of well-being and why and how we can prioritize it for success.
• Enjoy supporting each other, helping our fellow participants get further than they could on their own.
So make sure you come with a specific idea of what your goals are, because this workshop will not be about figuring out your goals, and come with something to take notes so you can leave with a personalized blueprint for your success.
See you at Samsara House 2023 on September 12th at 10AM.

About Samsara House 2023, (est. 2013)
"Samsara House 2023" at 36 R Street NW is an Awareness-based shared event space where world-shifting communities are meshworked to expand each other's world view and experience and cross-pollinate that which is emerging in the world. Samsara House 2023 rapidly prototypes models for the new world to template upon and ignite a planetary revolution in consciousness within ten years.
Samsara House 2023’s strategy is to exemplify a gift-economy over the market economy, one that values giving over having. While all events cost at least one dollar to cover utilities, any additional contribution will go towards periodically giving half back to a socially responsible organization or cause in need that you also help identify. Going together as a river, we build a thriving community of communities and pave the way for a new world. Samsara House 2023 is a Holacracy powered organization founded by Cullen Kowalski at a row house in Bloomingdale, New Washington, D.C.
