neighbor seeking referrals for a good hard wood floor refinisher

Hi - I'm looking for someone who did a good hard wood floor refinishing job who will work closely with the client to achieve the exact stain color desired (current color is very dark and desired color is a light gray).

Preferably someone who has several years of experience sanding and staining floors and knows the drill well.
