empty opened package on the unit block of Bryant St NW

See this brief 06-25-2016 message and image from a Bloomingdale resident:

This empty package was dropped in the middle of the unit block of Bryant. I'm assuming it might have been stolen given the address.

We had a package stolen from 145 Adams yesterday. If you happen to see it or its contents (12 anti vibration pads for the AC unit on our roof...not likely useful to the thief) laying around somewhere, please let me know! Weekend project derailed! Thanks!
