Good Morning ANC 5E Commissioners,

DC Water is continuing its restoration efforts in the Bloomingdale community for the First Street Tunnel and Small Diameter Main Replacement Projects. Although there were no parking signs in place, last week we encountered some issues with parked cars on both Adams Street and V Street, which has delayed the replacement of the speed bumps along those roadways.

We were hoping you would assist us by getting the word out to residents and kindly asking them to follow the no parking signs posted for this Thursday through Saturday in the following locations:

  • V Street – between Flagler and 1st Street (133 V Street placement)
  • Adams Street – between 2nd and Flagler (163 Adams placement)
Thank you and we hope to see you at the community event on June 3rd.
