For everyone's information
and following up on the note about the smash and grab on the unit block of R
street NW, there was a very similar incident during bright daylight around 6 PM on
Tuesday, May 30 on the unit block of Randolph Place NW.
Two relatively young, probably teenage boys broke a window of a car that had a colorful backpack lying on the backseat. Still images of these to come out one on a bicycle and the other walking, are attached.
A little over 2 minutes into this clip it shows
the boy on his bike heading east towards your car with his friend:
