Google says that that LLC is registered at the home address of local developer Frank Economides. Since one of the sellers is also an Economides, my guess is that this is purely a paper transaction and shouldn't affect the development plan (which is basically a JV w/ Maedwell, right?)

Anyone have contact for the owners of this place? Their property at 43 Quincy uses that house as a staging ground for this place and it is causing some problems. I want to talk to them before I notify DWP SWEEP.
