car break-in last night on the 1800 block of 2nd Street NW

Last evening about 6.30 pm, my friend's car was broken into near 1805 2nd St. NW - back right window was smashed. Only thing missing that we noticed was the new visitor parking pass which had just been issued. Police were called - case # 18-131619 - Officer James Bethel
